As witnessed by Lesley Hughes, journalist for Canadian Dimension Magazine, who has sat in attendance at proceedings, Judge Linda M. Giesbrecht of the Manitoba Law courts is in collusion with the police in order to cover up the evidence such that James intellectual property illegally seized in the no warrant no charges raid of his home, and attempted kidnapping, could be used in yet another secret trial against him in the United States assuming U.S. covert factions would be successful in illegally kidnapping he and his mother from Canada.

Having originally ordered that the police must return James stolen belongings since the seizure was illegal, now the original Judge, judge Linda M. Giesbrecht, claims that although yes, a court transcript of such an order was provided, she did not actually sign a court order,- and yet the Crown sent email to James' attorney, indicating that the police ought to act on the COURT ORDER for the return of property documents and any other possessions-since it was illegal.

Jan 14/09 James attorney presented evidence that police had illegally raided James home and had committed an illegal search and seizure and detention of his person while also pointing out that police had admitted to him (James attorney) on Dec 21/07 that James belongings had been sent to the United States.

Feb 18/09 evidence was presented before Judge Giesbrecht that via police statements referencing the illegal home invasion stated “documents were photographed and logged as evidence”. The definition of logged as evidence as seen in Webster’s dictionary and in several online forensics references articulated clearly that “logged as evidence” means that the possessions were in fact seized and placed into police storage. The judge did not contest the meaning of the words in the documentation or the implications. This was proof that Winnipeg police had taken James belongings and were illegally in possession of them towards insidious ploys unto kidnapping.

However, once more Judge M. Giesbrecht turned law to the side and refuted the argument, stating that since the accompanying report from the other forensics officer contained no such mention, that one had probably simply assumed the other had “logged into evidence” James property. This is an argument that would stand up in no legitimate court. The statement is clear within the notes that James has been violated under the Charter of Rights and Freedoms to be free from illegal search and Seizure and Judge Linda M. Giesbrecht has facilitated breach of law towards violations of those rights also in violation under the Canadian criminal code section 337 for the failure to enforce the return of a citizens’ private property illegally in possession of a public servant (i.e. the Winnipeg Police).

As stated prior the Winnipeg Police are criminally charged with perjury and illegal entry on separate counts and moreover, an officer ‘out of the loop’ admitted to James on Dec 21/07, that James belongings had been seized and sent to the United States in Minneapolis- as follow through from what is clearly an illegal home invasion of a citizen having no affiliation with the United States!! Yet even in the face of this overwhelming evidence, Judge Linda M. Giesbrecht has violated here obligation to the law as an obvious servant to the covert factions at large unto the persecution of the James family-an abomination of international law.

Again, Lesley Hughes of Canadian Dimension Magazine (lesleyhughesCanada (at) yahoo.com) was present and privy to the above said hearing and is as such, notary witness to the cross border corruptions ongoing against the James family, through the medium of the judicial body.

All of this is being done to facilitate the cover up of the Attack aboard the MCCAIN affiliated Northwest Airlines aircraft and the mountain of covert actions that have undertaken to cover up the James effort’s in speaking out.
